What to Expect
- Your box will ship out towards the end of each month.
- You will receive an email ≈5-7 days after your box arrives with data room links for each brand, plus an ‘Unboxing Form’ where you’ll select the brands you’d like to connect with.
- After we get your response, we will loop you in with the founder(s) via email.
- Many of these brands are early, and thus not ultra polished. They do however have the potential to become goliaths so please be open minded and connect with founders to learn more about them and support where you can.
- Please recycle whenever possible. Sustainability is important to us.
General Terms of Membership
- You are an accredited investor per United States SEC terms
- There is no obligation to connect with or invest in brands, though we sure hope you do. This is a community of support.
- If you invest in a startup from a FirstLook intro, you must disclose it including amount with FirstLook (so we can track for traction purposes).
- Please complete each month’s Unboxing Form before the next box ships. It takes less than 30 seconds, no excuses.
- If founders keep notifying FirstLook that you’re not responsive, your membership will be canceled. You are a reflection of FirstLook, and we have a reputation to protect.
- This is a month-to-month subscription in which you or FirstLook can cancel anytime for no reason.
- FirstLook is in no way legally liable for any damages or injuries caused by of the products and materials in our boxes to you or anyone with access to a box we send you.
- FirstLook is in no way legally liable for the outcomes of any investments and or agreements between investors or the entities they invest out of in relation to any brands discovered through FirstLook. All investing is at your own risk.
- Your membership to FirstLook can be canceled at anytime for no reason.
- By joining FirstLook as an Investor Member, you agree to all of these terms.
